TIPL Double girder gantry cranes are recommended and used widely in all branches of industry relatively low cost, ease of maintenance and repair, capacity limitations and size limitations, and ability to design and manufacture with desired features. A Single Girder EOT (Electric Overhead Travelling) Crane uses a single bridge girder to support the hoist and trolley assembly. The hoist runs along the bottom flange of the girder, allowing maximum floor clearance and efficient use of space.

Transfer trolley is a kind of cost-effective, safe and flexible material handling cart widely used in fabrication shops, warehouses, metallurgical plants, etc. for load transportation. It can also cooperate with overhead and gantry cranes in the workshop to transport heavy loads across the bridge. Transfer carts are simple devices that operate on floors and do not requires complex or permanent installation.

Underslung travelling cranes are designed with rolled section beams or fabricated box beams depending on capacity and span. A variable girder connection design allows us to optimise the available height of lift in each application. The suspended end carriage design introduces the possibility of cantilevers (lateral overhangs) to provide increased hook coverage by allowing the hoist and load to travel beyond the runway track line. TIPL underslung travelling cranes can be specified with a variety of operator control systems including control from a push button pendant suspended from and mobile across the crane bridge or fully remote radio control. TIPL underslung travelling cranes may be equipped with either wire rope hoists or Chain Hoist and most have capacities of 10 t or less because of the limitations of supporting structures.

The Wall Cantilever Jib Crane offers 200° rotation and hoist coverage for individual use in bays, along plant walls or columns, or as a supplement to an overhead crane or monorail system. Because it can be installed very close to the underside of the lowest ceiling obstruction, this jib has the advantage of providing maximum lift for the hoist. TIPL offer extensive range of low headroom monorail hoists are mounted on a single trolley with four flangeless wheels and guide rollers, designed to run on the bottom flange of a single beam or girder.
